Janhavi is a Principal with BDC Advisors, LLC. She has 13 years of experience in strategy development, business development, organizational design and providing strategic advisory services across the public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors in the healthcare market.

Janhavi has worked for several years as a consultant at the executive level of healthcare organizations, including managed care organizations, academic medical centers, hospitals and public health entities. As a Senior Manager at Accenture, and prior to that, at the Mitchell Madison Group, she was focused on project and client management and business development in the private and public healthcare sectors. Her project work focused on corporate strategy, post merger strategy, organizational restructuring, negotiation and contracting, and strategic partnership development. Janhavi has had her own consulting practice serving clients mostly in Northern California, working with state and local government healthcare agencies and regional health plans, developing, communicating and executing management strategies. She has also worked with government health agencies, both in the US as well as internationally, including the World Health Organization, the World Bank and foundations focused on healthcare policy.
Janhavi has served as an executive at a major national health plan, guiding company strategy in terms of product development, development and implementation of new ideas, and strategic partnerships with vendors as a Senior Vice President at United Behavioral Health.
Janhavi has worked and lived extensively internationally, and has worked with major public health entities in Canada, Australia and Europe. She is fluent in French and holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors, Magna cum Laude, from Columbia University, New York.
