Christine has over 30 years consulting and executive experience in healthcare enterprises, including senior line experience in two academic medical centers, a leading industry association (University HealthSystem Corporation), the country’s largest integrated health system, and several health services and technology companies. Her practice focuses on academic medical centers, large health systems, and healthcare technology companies. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including:

At BDC Advisors, Christine’s practice focuses on strategic facility planning and strategic planning for health systems, children’s hospitals, and academic medical centers. She is currently engaged in a Master Planning Process for one of the country’s leading children’s health centers, providing operational and cost management expertise to this 15-year planning effort. She is also engaged in an outpatient development effort for one of the country’s leading Children’s Hospitals. Prior to joining BDC Advisors, Christine spent five years as Senior Vice President, Hospital Strategy and National Facilities for Kaiser Permanente, the country’s largest integrated health system. In this role, she supported KP’s regional and national leadership teams and Boards, coordinated reviews of organization-wide capital strategy, facilities, and delivery system strategies for KP’s 34 hospitals, 450 medical office buildings, surgicenters, and other clinical facilities. Overall, she led a team of 2900 staff engaged in delivering a $24 billion capital program with over 4600 projects, and managing over 60 million square feet in over 1000 buildings.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Christine was Senior Vice President, Strategy, Marketing, and Program Development for Rush University Medical Center, responsible for development of the Rush’s strategic plan, facilities planning, marketing, service line analysis, and program development. Her accomplishments included launching the Medical Center's mass media marketing campaign, completing a campus-wide facilities master plan, and creating growth in key clinical programs. Prior to Rush, Christine spent five years as Vice President, Healthcare Provider Services for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where her practice focused on academic health centers’ organization, integration, performance and strategy, transformational technology solutions (from planning through implementation), and supporting clinical technologies for patient safety.
Before CSC Healthcare, Christine held positions of Vice President of University HealthSystem Corporation; Vice President, Planning & Corporate Development of University of Chicago Hospitals; and Regional Director for Health Care Planning, Finance, and Reimbursement Consulting at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers).
