Dr. Kadry is a Senior Advisor with BDC Advisors, LLC. He has over 25 years of clinical and healthcare management experience involving both the payer and provider sides of the industry. He provides leadership in network design and configuration, finance and quantitative analysis, and clinical effectiveness and care delivery design. Specific areas of specialization are:

For the past three years, he has assisted several integrated delivery systems and academic medical centers with the development of their medical management systems, risk sharing design and reimbursement methodologies.
Until recently, Dr. Kadry also worked as the Medical Director of an MSO in Southern California formed as a joint venture between a major health system and its physician groups. He has successfully implemented the merger of two management services organizations and has been instrumental in increasing capitated enrollment. As Medical Director, Dr. Kadry has been responsible for negotiating and implementing full-risk managed care contracts (15 Commercial, 6 Medicare, 4 MediCal); training physician leadership in medical management practices; and, implementing and directing peer review, utilization review, and quality assurance programs for both IPA and group practice model physician organizations. He also practices family medicine.
Previously, Dr. Kadry served as the Chief Executive Officer of Uptown Medical Group, Inc., Medical Director of Peak Health Plan and Lincoln National Health Plan, and Director of the University of Texas Healthcare Center. Prior teaching appointments include the UCLA School of Medicine, Clinical Faculty, Department of Medicine, Division of Family Practice; Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston Medical School, Assistant Professor, Department of Family Practice; and, the University of Toronto, Clinical Instructor, Department of Family Practice.
Dr. Kadry received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and his M.D. degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. He possesses a Diploma in Public Health from the University of Toronto, and he is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice.
