Faye has held key provider network management roles at major health plans in Florida, Texas and California, encompassing both commercial and government programs. In her consulting role, Faye has executed successful and cost effective network development projects for both commercial and government programs. Recent projects include:

Planned and managed projects to obtain Letters of Intent and follow-on Provider Agreements for payer proposals following Government Contract Awards

Re-contracted hospital network for Medi-Cal managed care plan to achieve financial targets and modifications to payment methodology

Project Manager and product development for Medical Home participation in Healthy San Francisco (universal coverage health care pilot for uninsured)

Collaborated with principals to develop operational protocols in support of a unique community benefit specialty referral program between a major hospital and local community clinic consortium

Ongoing commercial health plan contracting for a San Francisco hospital and medical group

Developed and managed a Messenger Model medical group to contract with non-risk payers
Prior to joining BDC Advisors, LLC, Faye has served as an independent consultant to both hospital and physician provider organizations, with a particular emphasis on payer / provider contract negotiations, as well as providing interim management related to managed care. Prior to her work as a consultant, Faye held senior management positions at major health plans throughout the country, including Health Net, Aetna (Partners and Aetna Government Health Plans), and several Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans. In these roles, she has managed the provider network configuration and contracting, as well as playing key roles in marketing strategy and new product / program development. Faye has experience in the analysis and operational integration of health plan mergers.
