In his most recent engagement, Chris developed a forecast model for a West Coast health system to project demand for inpatient and outpatient services. The model also evaluated the financial impact of a variety of market conditions incorporating changes in utilization patterns, insurance coverage and patient migration. For a major teaching hospital, he developed a financial model to evaluate the community benefit of a proposed hospital integration. Chris is also supporting a leading Mid-Atlantic academic medical center in developing a financial model to evaluate potential strategic options and determine the most efficient configuration of inpatient and outpatient facilities as well as faculty resources.

Prior to joining BDC Advisors, Chris served as a Consultant for Navigant Consulting specializing in Revenue Cycle Management and Process Improvement. During his time at Navigant Chris supported health systems and physician networks to improve the management of processes within Patient Access, Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services Departments.

Chris graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with Bachelor degrees in Finance and French.
