Kim, a native of southern Connecticut, received her Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University and her Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the School of Public Health at Harvard University.
Kim began her career with Partners HealthCare System and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, ending as Executive Director of Network Contracting where she directed the development of the health system’s overall payer strategy and executed risk and non-risk contract negotiation with payers and providers on behalf of system hospitals and physicians. Prior to joining BDC Advisors, Kim was Vice President, Product Strategy for CIGNA HealthCare, where she led CIGNA’s early efforts to enhance their product portfolio by developing and adding product components to improve price and quality transparency. Kim brings over 17 years of consulting and senior management experience to clients at BDC Advisors, focusing on strategic planning, business development, payer / provider contracting, payer strategy development, and health plan product development.
Kim is married with two young children and enjoys sailing, tennis, hiking, and family activities.
