Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to consulting staff, including managing travel and meeting calendars
- Maintaining the schedules of the Directors and Principals
- Produce and manage client deliverables (e.g., presentations and client correspondence)
- Opportunities to manage special projects
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with five years administrative experience
- Extraordinary attention to detail and project completion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- An ability to work in teams
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and confident working style
