Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to consulting staff, including managing travel and meeting calendars
  • Maintaining the schedules of the Directors and Principals
  • Produce and manage client deliverables (e.g., presentations and client correspondence)
  • Opportunities to manage special projects

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with five years administrative experience
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and project completion
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • An ability to work in teams
  • A flexible, enthusiastic, and confident working style
