Merger and acquisitions assignments take a variety of forms. We have worked for the acquiring organization, the target organization, and for both organizations as a neutral facilitator. Some projects involve purchase or merger of assets. Others involve collaboration and/or formation of a joint venture. We have also worked for organizations who are leaving or have left an unsuccessful merger, assisting with the development of a strategy for independence.
