Provider Network Development

Provider alignment for network success

Arrow hitting target

BDC Advisors has 25 years of experience working with leading-edge clients to develop innovative provider alignment approaches based on overall strategic objectives. Whether these strategies lead a health system, hospital, or physician organization to optimize medical group performance, build a robust provider network, create a clinically integrated network (CIN), acquire one or many practices, or form an innovative physician / hospital arrangement or collaborative, we have the expertise and in-depth industry knowledge to help you realize your vision.

BDC Advisors pioneered the concept of “pay-for-performance” networks in the mid-1990s, built the first CIN (then known as Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. or “PCHI”, now named Partners Community Physician Organization), and has developed CINs for 25-30 health systems across the country.

Clinical informatics is an important way of aligning hospitals and physicians, and our CIN development efforts all involve important IT infrastructure decisions. We also have deep knowledge of the rapidly changing market for patient registries, point-of-care systems, health information exchanges, and clinical and claims databases.
