Dave is a Senior Advisor and former BDC Advisors partner and has been affiliated with the Firm for over 20 years. He began his consulting career at McKinsey and was formerly a Managing Director at APM and CSC Healthcare. He is an expert on academic health systems, value-based contracting, and organization design.

Peter is a Managing Director and a healthcare growth and M&A advisor who works with academic medical centers, health systems, and physician organizations across the full transaction lifecycle. He advises boards and executive teams on acquisition strategy, partnership evaluation, target assessment, due diligence, integration planning, synergy realization, and post-transaction performance improvement.
Peter Attwater, MBA
Bob is a Managing Director who harnesses next-generation opportunities and achieves innovative results. For clients, he produced $2.8 billion in financial growth, earned the first Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and implemented the first single signature modified messenger and clinically-integrated value-based care networks. He also served as the lead expert witness involving the largest bankruptcy in healthcare.

Shawn is a Managing Director with more than 30 years of health care industry experience. His broad national experience includes collaborating with health systems, IPAs, and medical groups in support of the nation's largest employer self-funded group health plans in pursuit of lower cost, higher quality and better outcomes for their employees and dependents.
Shawn Fitzgibbon, MPH
Alicia is a Senior Advisor with 25+ years of experience across Medicare, Medicaid, and integrated care, bringing deep expertise in finance, operations, and growth strategy. She has a strong track record of building and leading Medicare Advantage programs—from early development to $500M+ portfolios—while improving financial performance, cost of care, and quality outcomes.

Jill serves as Project Management Associate at BDC Advisors and utilizes her experience in healthcare administration to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients and project teams. Working in tandem with a Managing Director, she manages project milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and shared understanding of outcomes.

Yifan is a Manager with experience working with leading physician organizations and academic medical centers. He has led a wide range of projects from technology implementation in ambulatory operations to process improvement managed care.
